My Traditional guitar is the synthesis of my work experience, tradition, and modernity. This instrument embodies what, for me, represents the essence of the classical guitar.

Starting with the shape, which recalls tradition, in particular that of the Spanish guitar, with a clear reference to Maestro Antonio de Torres. The materials used are different, but I have chosen woods that have always been used in the construction of classical guitars.

For the back, I opted for Indian rosewood and maple, in the “marbled” or “speckled” versions. The neck is made of cedrella, while the fingerboard is ebony.

The soundboard is made using two materials: resonance spruce from Italy or Switzerland and heat-treated (torrefied) spruce.

To embellish the instrument, I chose Alessi Tuning Machines' handcrafted tuners.

Replica Torres

The Torres Replica is my personal tribute to one of the great masters of guitar making of the past, Antonio de Torres. The visual replica is inspired by the guitar built by the master in 1888 for the Spanish composer Francisco Tárrega.

The specifications of the instrument faithfully reflect the aesthetics of the original guitar: the back and sides are traditionally made of Indian rosewood, the neck is made of cedrella, and the fingerboard is made of ebony.

For the soundboard, I chose a fine Italian spruce from Val di Fiemme, renowned for its excellent acoustic qualities. To further embellish the instrument, the selected tuners are replicas of those mounted on the Torres SE 114; in this case, they are handcrafted by Alessi Tuning Machines.
